The best part of renting storage here is the great customer service provided by Angela. She always goes above and beyond and is very friendly and professional. They should be thankful to have her as an employee because I would have probably found another storage option but she is the bright star.

I’m so glad I decided to store my important belongings with Mini Mall Storage in Cornwall. I appreciated the fact that was able to speak to someone in person and not by telephone. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and she took the time to explain all the details regarding the charges in renting the storage unit. Everything is kept very clean and bright and I highly recommend Mini Mall Storage as an excellent place to store your belongings.

Use to be a good place to rent with good honest people.
Now the organization that runs it is a joke.
I needed storage today.
I went online and got a web rate of $176.
PLUS insurance k that's new, but I can understand it.
Plus a facility fee.
What?
Yes a facility fee.
When asked about that I was told it's an environmental fee, carbon fee plus it's a fee to help with any of my storage "Needs'" while renting storage"answer questions and things like that plus to help pay for the facility.
None of this was mentioned on the web site of course so that incredible web rate of $176 per month is actually over $250 per month.

Fair pricing, same day service, and the incredible help from staff has made my move so much easier. Angela listened to what my needs were, went over unit sizes, and gave a couple suggestions that really made my choice a no brainer.
